M3 会员条款M3 Member Terms

开通 M3 会员即表示你已阅读并同意以下条款。请完整读一遍 —— 其中有几条涉及不可退回的支出。 By opening an M3 membership you confirm you have read and accepted these terms. Please read all of them — several concern payments that are not refundable.

1. 谁在提供这项服务Who provides this service

「会员」指已开通 M3 会员的自然人。「权益商城」指 M3 内展示可用权益点兑换之物品的页面。「生态方」指与 M3 有积分互换安排的第三方平台。「接入商家」指已与 M3 或其联盟网络建立合作的商户。 "Member" means a natural person who has opened an M3 membership. "Rewards Store" means the pages within M3 listing items redeemable with Club Points. "Partner" means a third-party platform with a points-exchange arrangement with M3. "Connected merchant" means a merchant working with M3 or with its affiliate network.

2. 开通会员Opening a membership

• 开通价格为 $100 USDT，全场一个价，没有档位、配套或升级包。The price is $100 USDT. One price for everyone — no tiers, packages or upgrades.
• VIP 身份永久有效，不会因时间流逝而失效。VIP status is permanent and does not lapse with time.
• 每开通一份，获得 300 权益点、矩阵中的一个点位，以及第 5 条所述奖金的参与资格。Each membership opened gives 300 Club Points, one position in the matrix, and eligibility for the bonuses described in clause 5.

• 注册必须填写有效推荐码，并提供真实、准确的身份与联系资料。Registration requires a valid referral code and true, accurate identity and contact details.
• 你必须年满 [[年龄下限]] 岁，且所在地法律允许你使用本服务。You must be at least [[年龄下限]] years old and legally permitted to use the service where you live.

3. 权益点Club Points

• 权益点立刻可用、永久有效，不设有效期。Club Points are usable immediately and never expire.
• 每次兑换最少 50 点起。Each exchange requires a minimum of 50 points.
• ☠️ 权益点不是现金。它不能提现、不能兑换为现金、不能用于抵扣开通费用，也不能转让给其他会员。☠️ Club Points are not money. They cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash, applied against the membership fee, or transferred to another member.
• ☠️ 兑换一经完成即不可撤销，已扣除的权益点不予退回，包括兑换对象事后无法履行的情形（该情形按第 4 条处理）。☠️ An exchange is irreversible once completed. Points spent are not returned, including where the item cannot subsequently be honoured (handled under clause 4).
• 权益点余额以 M3 系统记录为准。The balance recorded by the M3 system is authoritative.

4. 权益商城The Rewards Store

商家权益Merchant rewards

• 兑换后取得一个核销码，到店出示使用。核销码持有即有效 —— 请勿公开或转发，被他人使用的后果由你承担。Redeeming gives you a redemption code to show in store. Whoever holds the code can use it — do not publish or forward it; you bear the consequences if someone else uses it.
• 部分权益设有领取频率限制（每天／每周／每月／每季一次），页面上会写明。Some rewards have a claim frequency limit (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly), stated on the item.
• 权益的内容、可用时段与使用条件由该商家决定，兑付责任在该商家。The content, availability and conditions of a reward are set by that merchant, and that merchant is responsible for honouring it.

生态方积分兑换Exchanging into partner points

• 兑换率由生态方自行设定，兑换前在页面上可见。M3 只设下限，不代表生态方的出价。The rate is set by the partner and shown before you exchange. M3 only sets a floor; the rate is not our offer.
• 兑换率按累计已兑换量分段计算，先前已兑换的部分不因后续档位变化而调整。Rates are tiered by cumulative amount exchanged and applied in segments; amounts already exchanged are not re-priced when you reach a later tier.
• ☠️ M3 立刻扣点并给出回执号，但积分在生态方那一侧入账不是即时的。到账时间以该生态方的说明为准。☠️ M3 deducts the points immediately and issues a receipt number, but crediting on the partner's side is not instant. Timing is as stated by that partner.
• ☠️ 兑换完成之后适用的是生态方的规则，不是 M3 的规则。M3 不对生态方的产品、制度或其积分的用途作任何陈述或保证。☠️ After the exchange, the partner's rules apply, not ours. M3 makes no representation or warranty about a partner's products, programme, or what its points can be used for.

会员自助上架Listing your own product

• 累计购买达到门槛且会员处于活跃状态的会员，可申请上架一个产品。A member whose cumulative purchases reach the threshold, and whose membership is active, may apply to list one product.
• 先审后展示：提交后须经人工审核通过才对其他会员可见。Reviewed before it is shown: a submission is only visible to other members after it passes review.
• 修改内容须重新审核，修改期间该产品不展示。Any change requires re-review, and the listing is hidden while that is pending.
• ☠️ 兑付责任在上架的会员本人，不在 M3。M3 提供的是展示位，不是担保。☠️ The listing member is responsible for honouring it, not M3. M3 provides the shelf space, not a guarantee.
• M3 收到投诉即可下架，无须先行举证，但会记录下架理由。M3 may suspend a listing upon complaint without first proving fault; a reason is recorded in every case.
• 会员活跃状态过期时，上架自动暂停；续期后不会自动恢复，须重新提交审核。If membership activity lapses, the listing is suspended automatically; it is not restored automatically on renewal — you must submit it for review again.
• 券面不得标示金额或面值。A listing must not state a monetary amount or face value.

5. 推荐与奖金Referrals and bonuses

M3 设有推荐奖励机制。会员推荐他人开通会员，以及其组织内产生的业绩，可按制度取得奖金。完整的分配规则、比例、门槛与结算时点公开发布在制度页，开通前即可查阅。本条款不重复列出数字，以避免与系统参数出现两份口径。 M3 operates a referral reward programme. Members may earn bonuses for introducing others and from volume generated within their organisation. The full distribution rules, rates, thresholds and settlement times are published openly on the rules page and can be read before joining. We do not repeat the figures here, so that there is only one source for them.

• 奖金资格与金额取决于制度规则与你自身的达成情况，M3 不对任何收入作出承诺或保证。任何测算示例均为模型演示，非收益承诺。Eligibility and amounts depend on the programme rules and on what you actually achieve. M3 makes no promise or guarantee of income. Any illustration is a model, not a projection of your earnings.
• 已经发放的奖金不会因为你之后级别下降而被追回。Bonuses already paid are not clawed back if your level later falls.
• M3 可调整制度参数。调整只影响调整之后产生的奖金，并会在生效前公告。M3 may adjust programme parameters. Adjustments apply only to bonuses arising after the change, and will be announced before taking effect.
• 未解锁代数的奖金按制度记为待发，并设有一段一次性、不刷新的宽限期；宽限期内达成条件即全额补回，逾期则不再发放。详见制度页。Bonuses for generations you have not yet unlocked are recorded as pending, with a one-time, non-renewing grace period; meet the condition within it and they are paid in full, otherwise they lapse. See the rules page.

6. 会员活跃状态Membership activity

除永久的 VIP 身份外，系统另有一个 180 天的活跃周期。每次新增购买会把它刷新为自当日起 180 天。活跃状态过期时，将暂停：部分奖金线的收益、上架权益，以及你的业绩计入上级考核。直推奖金不受此影响，且再次购买当天即恢复。 Separately from permanent VIP status, there is a 180-day activity cycle. Each new purchase resets it to 180 days from that date. While it has lapsed, the following are suspended: earnings on some bonus lines, the right to list a product, and the counting of your volume towards an upline's qualification. The direct referral bonus is unaffected, and everything resumes on the day you purchase again.

7. 账户与提现Your account and withdrawals

• 账户分为可提现余额与开户金两部分。开户金不可提现，唯一用途是开设下一个点位。Your account has a withdrawable balance and opening credit. Opening credit cannot be withdrawn; its only use is opening a further position.
• 提现最低金额 $25，手续费 10% 内扣，链上手续费由平台承担。The minimum withdrawal is $25, with a 10% fee deducted from the amount. On-chain fees are borne by the platform.
• ☠️ 审核通过不等于已到账。正常情况下 24 小时内完成，遇链上拥堵或风控复核可能更久。☠️ Approval is not the same as funds arriving. Normally completed within 24 hours; network congestion or a risk review can take longer.
• 提现只支持 BEP20 网络的 USDT。地址填错导致的损失无法追回，请务必核对。Withdrawals are supported only in USDT on BEP20. Losses from an incorrect address cannot be recovered — please check it carefully.

8. 全平台购物返点（上线后适用）Shopping Rewards (applies once launched)

此功能尚未上线。上线后，本条生效： This feature is not yet live. Once it launches, this clause applies:

• 会员以权益点开通一段购物返点资格期；权益点一次性扣除，不予退回。A member spends Club Points to open a Shopping Rewards eligibility period; the points are deducted once and are not refundable.
• ☠️ 必须从 M3 点击进入商家后下单才计入。自行打开商家 App 或网站下单的订单不计。☠️ Only orders placed after clicking through from M3 count. Orders placed by opening the merchant's own app or site do not.
• ☠️ 没有保证金额。实际返点取决于你的消费、该商家的比例，以及商家是否确认该笔订单。☠️ There is no guaranteed amount. What you receive depends on what you spend, that merchant's rate, and whether the merchant confirms the order.
• 返点仅在商家确认订单且佣金实际到账后入账。商家取消、拒绝或退货的订单不计入，且不退回权益点。Rewards are credited only after the merchant confirms the order and the commission is actually received. Cancelled, rejected or returned orders do not count, and the points are not returned.
• 归因遵循联盟网络与商家的规则（包括最后点击归因与 cookie 有效期）。部分品类不计佣金，商家页会标明。Attribution follows the rules of the affiliate network and the merchant (including last-click attribution and cookie duration). Some categories earn no commission; this is stated on the merchant's page.
• ☠️ 追踪链接仅供你本人使用。禁止公开发布、群发、投放广告或竞价品牌关键词 —— 违反商家条款的后果由此产生的损失，M3 保留向责任会员追偿的权利。☠️ Tracking links are for your own use only. Publishing them, mass-messaging them, running ads or bidding on brand keywords is prohibited. M3 reserves the right to recover from a member losses caused by breaching a merchant's terms.
• 若商家或联盟网络在返点入账后撤销该笔交易，M3 将个案处理并记录理由，不会自动从你的账户扣回。If a merchant or the network reverses a transaction after a reward was credited, M3 handles it case by case with a recorded reason, and will not automatically deduct it from your account.

9. 你不能做的事What you must not do

• 提供虚假身份或联系资料；开设多个账户；代他人注册而不披露。Give false identity or contact details; open multiple accounts; register on someone else's behalf without disclosing it.
• 以自动化手段、异常点击或虚假交易取得权益或返点。Obtain rewards or shopping rewards through automation, abnormal clicks or sham transactions.
• 在对外宣传中承诺收益、使用未经核实的数字，或把 M3 描述为投资、理财或保本产品。Promise income in your own promotion, use unverified figures, or describe M3 as an investment, wealth-management or capital-protected product.
• 冒用 M3 或接入商家的名义、商标或素材。Use the name, trade marks or creative assets of M3 or of a connected merchant without authorisation.
• 转售、转让账户，或买卖权益点、核销码。Resell or transfer an account, or trade Club Points or redemption codes.

M3 可视情节暂停功能、冻结提现、停用账户。账户停用是状态变更，不是删除 —— 你的点位在矩阵中仍为结构节点。 Depending on severity, M3 may suspend features, hold withdrawals, or disable an account. Disabling an account is a change of status, not deletion — your position remains a structural node in the matrix.

10. 服务的变更与中断Changes and interruptions

M3 可新增、修改或停止某项功能，并会就影响会员既有权益的变更事先公告。系统维护、第三方服务故障或不可抗力可能造成中断。 M3 may add, change or discontinue a feature, and will give notice before changes that affect members' existing entitlements. Maintenance, third-party failures or events beyond our control may cause interruptions.
